First you need to navigate to Settings > Task categories
There you can see all the existing tasks with details (enabled or not, task code, shown in classic order form, etc.)
Then you have to click on edit if you want to do a modification. You can either add a new task or update an existing one
To change the tasks order (which is what interests you) you have two possibilities.
- You can use the arrows on the left
- You can directly set the position number in the edit popup
Moreover, you can add tasks to workflow
and change order of tasks directly in the project workflow using arrows (highlighted)
