user is unable to change job status of a CodyT job.
Actually, this only happens occasionally, user did help the supplier to change the job status to "In Progress" of another CodyT project earlier but then with other it was impossible.
Earlier job has been assigned to the specific user and the other job was assigned to a group of suppliers and had "Job opening" in assigned Supplier details.
Explanation:
That is normal situation since when there is no specific supplier assigned it is impossible to change the status of the job to "In Progress" since the system does not know for whom this job should become "In Progress" and it can't set it to "In Progress" for all suppliers.
