Notifications landing in spam despite being marked as not spam.

Problem:

user is experiencing a problem with the notification system of Wordbee.

Translators report the following:

“All the e-mails I receive from your company domain keep ending up in Spam folder. I tried everything to prevent this; I marked every one of them as 'Not Spam', I added both e-mail addresses to my Gmail Contacts, flagged them as important, I even created a filter for them and marked them as "never send to spam". None of them worked.

Then I noticed this message:

"Why is this message in Spam? It has a from address in the domain but has failed domain's owner required tests for authentication."

Solution:

the issue in on domain owner's side, IT team need to be contacted and asked to authorize the wordbee domain to send this domain email by  authorizing this domain in your SPF:
a:smtp.wordbee-translator.com
