user complains that vendor cannot accept the job.
Combination of settings is responsible for this situation:
- The job is in "Proposal" status.
- The person's role to whom you assigned the job is "External Worker (Limited)"
Such accounts cannot change the job status by themselves (they can only work on jobs with status "Accepted").
There are basically 2 solutions:
1) change of user profile to "External Worker" (after a logout/login the job will appears in his list)
2) adding the ability to the "External Worker (limited)" profile to change job status (in the Settings->Access Right page).
