Problem:
PM created project, but forgot that not all languages are added to Excel multicolumn settings. In the configuration he used only 4 of them were added. So, when he creates target files he only gets 4 languages there. PM realized it and already added those languages to configuration files, but obviously he is still not able to created missing languages. How to proceed in this case?
Solution:
You need to update your configuration and take other languages into account as well. Then re-upload the file under a different name (not marking offline the other file).
Newly uploaded file will be pre-translate when marked online and PM will be able to generate the correct target file.
