    Thanks for the question.

    You are right, it is impossible to assign workflow to multiple clients.

    You can however assign workflow to ALL CLIENTS.

    On the other hand order form can be assigned to multiple clients via Client Portal.

    yes, thank you for asking! We've had a couple of national holidays these past few weeks, so I feel recharged and ready to go! Hope you are well as well.

    Thanks for the answer, good to know that what I wanted isn't actually possible. Could you instruct me on how to assign a workflow to all clients? As you can see in the above screen (screenshot #5), the option "All Clients" is not available in the drop-down screen.

    Hello Ben,

     

    great to hear that you feel recharged :-) (what were the couple of national holidays?).

    The option "All Clients" is indeed unavailable in the list. All you need to do have this workflow assigned to all clients is to delete the name of the client and leave the box with a string "Select client" and click "OK".

    we celebrated Kingsday, a national holiday to celebrate the birth of our current king, and the 5th of May which is our Liberation Day!
