Client discounts

Hi,

I need to be able to automatically calculate client discounts.

I know it's possible to manually edit each quotes and add a discount on the total amount calculated by Wordbee. But we have negotiated different discounts depending on the client, and our PMs cannot remember them all.

Is there a possibility to specify somewhere, maybe in a client custom field, the amount of the discount for each client, and when the quote is prepared by Wordbee (we use orders that automate the quote creation), the discount is automatically selected and applied on the total amount, with total transparency (i.e. sub-total, discount and total)?

  Have a look at the invoice template under this link:

  (link is valid till the end of 2017)

  In cells F27 and I27 there are some info hidden (font color: white) about the discount. Custom field has been used for Companies.

  It has been chosen to be used both for Suppliers and Clients, see number 1 on the screenshot and then the name of the field has been in mentioned cells in excel as <#BillingCustomStr5>, see number 2 on the screenshot.

  

  In order to make this template effective for a specific company, you need to first upload this template into your platform:

  1. Go to Settings page

  

  2. Click Configure at Invoice Print Layout 

  

  3. Click Add new and in the pop up window upload your template

  

  then you need to assign this template to the client
