Problem:
user found that when subcontracting jobs for pt-PT and pt-BR, both the Portuguese and Brazilian contacts receive their own and each other's jobs when assigning suppliers group .
Solution:
in order to avoid it one needs to enable the "Strict languages" option in supplier group (see screenshot below).
