Word count doesn't recognize similar segments

Hello! I'm having issues with the word count. As a test, I upload the following segments:

 

One Two Three Four Five

One Two Three Four Six

One Two Three Four Seven

 

The word count gives the following results: 20 words 0% match. So my questions would be:

- Why not 20 words with 80%? 4 segments to 80% identical containing each 5 words

- How do the cost actually apply when the prices are defined by word but the % matches are on the segments?
