How do you mark jobs as Rush so that suppliers know to focus on them first?

Hi Andy,
Are you working with supplier groups or individual job assignments? Instead of communicating outside of Wordbee, you could use the messaging possibilities inside of Wordbee. For manual job assignments, you could simply send them a message within the job. If you work with supplier groups and you have an ongoing job openting, you could send a message to the whole group:
If you look for a more global approach, I would recommend you to work with custom fields for jobs, that are visible to both, you as a PM and the suppliers. E.g. create a custom field for jobs under settings > customisation and make it visible in your column view in the job dashboard or job overview within in project > bottom of the page "Columns" > Add the new custom field "Urgent" (or a different name) in your column view. Then you could easily mark individual jobs as urgent:
In my example I used the "checkbox" as type of custom field.
Then, ask your suppliers to include this same custom field in their column view to see which ones you have marked as urgent. They only need to do it once and will then see those you have marked as urgent. They can then use the filters to always see those you have marked first. Supplier view:
Alternatively, you could also work with job labels of course. The behaviour is very similar to custom fields.
I hope this helps.
Kind regards,
Mareike
Thanks for the ideas Mareike!
