Supplier Documents access

Hi,

I was wondering whether suppliers can see the documents section of their own company.

I thought I could share files with them there like legal documents but it seems there is no access right. Could you please confirm that?

  I added documents there and it seems the supplier can read them--but I don't know how it works...

  Anneta,

  We've been using this feature for a long time and I was wondering about the yesterday's release note. Perhaps, the release note says suppliers can now upload/edit files in addition to just viewing it?

  There is a checkbox in the Access Right profile: "Can manage documents of his/her company". It seems like this would give the supplier to edit files.

  Would the Access to the Supplier Company's document page be dictated by the following checkbox?

  "My Company top navigation link?"

  Since those checkbox settings change every now and then, it is a little confusing. My apology if my guessing does not work.
