Problem:
even though all the settings are set to make the word counting done in MS Word style the word count is still different from that generated by MS Word Count due to the fact that symbols and special characters are counted as words in Wordbee.
Solution:
in this case choosing the option "Do not count dates, numbers, symbols and similar" in the wordcount profile as screenshot below, might help.
