Unable to download files

We have one user who cannot download files form the new Editor page.

He first used "Set Derivable" option.  Then clicked Create File button and waited for 10 minutes but nothing happened.
We thought this could be an access right issue and asked him to use the Preview button and the download option but that one did not work either.

The screen got frozen as shown below:

This person can download the same file from the Old Editor page interface without any problems. His access to company info and other projects are limited but he uploads/download files to his own project on a regular basis.

I could not reproduce the error using my project manager credential with Firefox.

Could you please take a look?

  The problem came from Internet Explorer 10 only.
  We have applied a correction that we deploy it today.

  Cédric,

  Thanks a lot for working on it. I just learned that the user is using IE11 but I assume your patch would apply to IE11 as well.

  I do not need to log this as a ticket, right?

  Cédric,

  Thank you for working on it. The person who originally reported the issue tested the feature on Sunday (Monday in Japan) and got another error. He is using IE11. When he used the export feature, he got the a strange window shown below:

  
  

  He clicked the x button to go back to the original window.
  

  Then, after a few minutes, he got a message at the bottom of the screen, saying something like "xxxx.com does not respond due to the script being processed for a long time."

  Could you please take a look?
