I would like to add client in the workflow so that they can add comments in the editor, after a translation is complete. Which access right is the best for this?

No access right blocks users from leaving comments. As the issue seems to be status related, it seems that you have set a restricted business rule that blocks users from leaving comments.
If you go to Settings > Work Processes you find the setting Editing of approved and closed jobs. This setting can prevent adding comments to jobs that have the status Approved and Closed. If you change the setting to Editing permitted this restriction is lifted.

Thank you. I will look into this. However, how do I get the client to go into the editor? I currently have one client profile with the access right 'External client & worker' When I log in, I see a number of orders, but there is nothing in the Projects view. This profile has been assigned a proofreading task, where does that show up?

If you want a client to do proofreading after a translation step has been completed you have to assign them a job. To do so you have to go to the client user and set up the language pairs they are allowed to edit as well as their task categories.
You may then go to the job and assign them just as you normally would a supplier.

Rama Krishna Karumudi Hi Maik,
I am also looking for similar solution for a client of ours and when we add a language pair to client reviewer, will only thar user will show up under client when we have a project for the same language pair or all the users will show up there? Right now i see all the users under the client. Its probably ok, if we have 2 or 3 languages and a reviewer per language. But if we have 10 languages and 2 reviewers per language it seems to a big list and hard to know who is who until we put the language name in the user name to differentiate this.
I know there is this Global right R318. I haven't turned that on yet. Does switching that right only show the users with their language pair.
Happy to discuss this in a different forum, if not relevant here.

I just ran some tests and I see your point. We don't seem to limit the client users you see based on their languages. So I guess it would even be enough to simply create a login for them and not even define language pairs. This might have been done to simplify client user management. Do you have a case with more than 10 client users/reviewers where this is currently a problem?Access right R318 doesn't have any effect on the supplier selection. It simply prevents users from seeing any language beyond the languages set up on the job.

Yes, we do have a client who is exploring this option who has 4-6 languages and they have 2-4 reviewers per language internal and also external. So, you see that might be cumbersome as there will be lot of users spread over multiple pages during setting the worker. So right now, i suggested that we put the language name in the user name, so that they can assign the right reviewer to the right language. Once we assign the jobs, they only see those languages which is what our client was looking for. But the onus is always on the assignee.
But it would be nice to limit the users to only see the jobs for their language pair.
Here is what our client said.
Our proofreaders/reviewers should ONLY have access to revise the translations for the languages they are in-charge of.
