One of our suppliers will not be working for us from now on, so we have to take him out of the supplier list. What will happen to his translations and his invoices?

Sales The system only removes the supplier record but does not delete any of the translations, jobs or invoices of that supplier. However, in some places, records of the supplier may no longer show up where this would not make sense.
All logins and people of the supplier are physically removed from the system. When opening a translation in the editor you will see "(user removed)" instead of the original name.
The same mechanism applies when deleting clients.
If you prefer to simply "disable" a supplier or client, please simply remove all the logins. As such the record continues to exist in your platform but the company can no longer login.
