Can I create jobs for offline translation ? If yes, how can I then have my Project Memory updated?

Permanently deleted user - You make sure the access right for uploading/downloading XLIFF files is activated for a given profil (translator, revisor, proofreader,…)
- You “mark the file for online translation”.
- The translator will enter the translation editor and select XLIFF on top and export the bilingual content (including pre-translations).
- The translator can upload it to any CAT tool covering the XLIFF file format. Depending on the tool used, your translator might also upload comments made at the segment level.
- Once translated, the translator goes back into the editor and upload it back (overwriting rules can be set if post editing has been made on pre-translations).
- This way, you ensure that the Project Memory will be filled in.

Permanently deleted user Check if the person has the right to up - & download XLIFF files by going to <Settings> - <Access Rights> - Editing - XLIFF import/export of documents. If the translator does not have access click on `edit` to change this (see screenshot).
The translated document can be uploaded in the editor when clicking on `XLIFF`- import document from XLIFF (2. screenshot).
