In what case should I provide an External Client/External Client and Worker login to my Client ?

Permanently deleted user When providing External Client logins your clients are allowed to fill out the online Order Form, upload their documents, give instructions, pick up the source/target languages and eventually download quotes/invoies and deliverables (in the screenshot you can see how the portal looks like your clients could use). They could also follow up on Orders statuses.
Another way of involving your client(s) is to provide them a Client and Worker login, for them to be included in the translation workflow. So the client can interact with the translators, proofread the translation and is also able to share comments.

Sales Please note that the Client and Worker only gets an access to the progress bar and translation editor whenever you decide to create him a dedicated job within your workflow. This job is really what will trigger this right, and it can be launched at any moment.
