  For the version CS3 & 4  Wordbee supports INDD, IDML and INX file formats and for the version CS5 we support IDML.

  Hi,

  Is there any update to this feature? My company is switching to CC, and I need to know what kind of support i'll have, wordbee-wise.

  Is there a plan to upgrade the system so it supports newer versions of INDD files?

  Hi Ahmed,

   

  Thank you for reaching out and inquiring about this.

   

  While we currently don't support newer versions of INDD files, you can upload your INDD files and convert it to IDML by right clicking on it.

  However, when you receive the final file it will be in the IDML format.

  thank you for your reply, I get the below error when I try to convert it :

  The INDD to IDML converter is not yet enabled in this platform.

  Thank you for your response.

   

  If you are the Administrator you should be provided with a link to converter the file. Otherwise you should see a popup box asking you to contact your Administrator.

   

  If you could kindly provide me with a screenshot of the notification you are seeing, I would be happy to look into this further for you.

  yes the message says I should contact my Admin, so from the Admin right I should be able to give my account the feature? can you provide more details so we can enable this feature to all our project managers accounts.

  Hi Ahmed,

   

  I'm happy to clarify this further for you.

   

  Your Administrator will have to go to the Admin Panel. Then click on Settings - Customisation.

  Once here they should configure Web Preview in Translation Editor and view Web Preview and INDD Converter.

  This section should further detail how you can do this. Alternatively they can reach out to the relevant Account Manager.
