How can I set the threshold for glossary or TM entries to be automatically inserted into my translation?

Here is how automatic insertion of matches is processed on Wordbee :

    TRANSLATION MEMORIES

100% matches leveraged against your TMs are always pre-translated. Such segments will be displayed in green in the Editor.

Fuzzy matches can also be pre-translated and diplayed in red in the Editor. This fuzzy match needs to be set in the Wordcount page ("Settings" > "Wordcount" > "Word Counting" > "Configure" > "Pre-translation from memories". You can reduce the default percentage to 98%, 90% being the minimum (see sreenshot "PreTranslationFuzzyMatches").

Lower levels of match are still suggested as you click on the target segment.

    GLOSSARIES

Terms coming from your Glossary are automatically inserted as you click on the target segments (see sreenshot "TermMatches").

    REPETITIONS

Repetitions can be automatically propagated after switching on the "Auto Propagage" button (see sreenshot "AutoPropagate").

    FINE-TUNING

Matches from any of those categories can be fine-tuned. To do so, you can click the "Search" button in the "Memories" section of the Translation Finder, Then, change the default percentage to 98%, and click Search. This way, only 98% matches and higher will be automatically displayed. (see screenshot "Fine-tuning").

    Thanks Brahim!

    When you say

"Terms coming from your Glossary are automatically inserted as you click on the target segments (see screenshot "TermMatches")."

does that mean regardless of any threshold settings, because that seems to be what's happening?

Not exactly. By default, all term matches higher than 60% will be popping up automatically. The solution in your case is to untick the "Automatically copy top translation memory to editor" button in from the "Preferences" page Editor (see screenshot "AutoTranslate"). I'm pretty sure this will give you better results. TM and Terms matches will only appear if they fit your wordcount profile settings.

Hi Brahin, I'm afraid that doesn't do the trick. Only when I also untick the option "Automatically translated terms from translation memory or terminology database hits" do the automatic insertions go away.

I would love to be able to specify the exact percentage at which terminology entries get inserted automatically. That would really make life easier.
