Error message on attempting to delete a file

Hi,

I'm attempting to delete a .VSD (Visio) file in "Documents > Source langue folder > EMBEDDED DIAGRAMS" and keep getting an error message which says that the file cannot be accessed because it is "being used by another process" (see attachment).

Any ideas?
