Notifications sent to inbox, based on specific activity

We have a general translations inbox where we receive all our notifications from Wordbee.
One of our project managers is handling interpreting services, which we also manage through Wordbee. It would be very helpful for us if these interpreting services would be sent to this specific project manager automatically.
Would it be possible to do this? Please note that this would be a connection between project manager and activity, not between project manager and client. In some cases we have specific clients requesting sometimes translations, other times interpreting services. Also, it would be very helpful if new requests (for interpreting requests from prospects) would also be sent to the interpreting PM directly.

Hello Esmee,
Each user from Wordbee receives notifications on the email address which is configured in its account details. Notifications can be customized, it means that users can decide for which events they want to receive an email notification and for which events they don't.
The customization does not allow a filter on the type of work. If for example a manager ticks the options to receive an email when a job status is set to in progress in a project that he/she manges, he/she will receive the email for all kind of jobs existing in the project (translation, revision, interpretation, etc.).
