We received many requests asking for a more refined or flexible hot folder mechanism in Beebox. For example, having hot folders that translate into a specific target language.
(Make sure to install the latest Beebox)
The "in" directory of a Beebox project is the main hot folder. What is placed there gets translated. Now, in some scenarios you may want to create sub folders and each sub folder is for translation into one (or a few) specific target languages.
Customized hot folders
This can now be configured as shown below:

Delivering translations
Translations are placed in the project "out" directory. It is now possible to deliver translations back into the hot folders described above.

Sharing hot folders
The hot folders can be shared using FTP or a cloud sharing system such as Dropbox. When you create a Beebox project you have an option to type the directory location of the "in" and "out" directories. Simply point them to the PC/server location where you have Dropbox, the FTP directories etc.
