Multilingual files

I received multiple multilingual powerpoint and word files from one of our customers. Each slide of the Powerpoint contains two languages, as well as the pages in the Word files. Is there any way I can use these multilingual files without editing them first?

  Hello,

  Unfortunately the multilingual features are only available for Excel, CSV, XML, JSON and XLIFF.

  What exactly do you want to achieve? Translate just one of the two languages? If this is the case read below:

  If you simply need to NOT extract text in one of the two languages, you would proceed as follows:

  - Apply a color or a style to text that should not be extracted for translation (e.g. one of the two languages)

  - In the Word or Powerpoint filter settings, either flag the color for no translation or the style. There are options for both

  Thanks for your quick reply! All clear. The goal was indeed to translate only one of the two languages. I will work with the hidden text function instead.
