File alignment using Beebox
Dear Team,
I have just aligned several HTML files using Beebox (Dutch-English). The English target was once translated internally by the client and the client would like us to check this translation. However, when I then create jobs in the TMS (Wordbee Translator), no jobs are created for English. They are, however, created for the other target languages, for which no files were aligned. I guess I forgot to tick a box somewhere, but I can't find where I went wrong.
Could you please let me know how I can make all text show up in English jobs in the TMS using Automation? Or should I use the xliff exchange using hotfolders option and upload to Wordbee Translator manually?
Thank you!

Hi Kim,
I hope you are well.
It that a Beebox project you specifically created for this alignment/revision work?
If it is an exisiting project where you just dropped the files, you'll need to double check the languages that are enabled in that Beebox project.
You may also need to make sure your Wordbee project has predefined workflow steps (such as 'revision') to avoid manual operations for creating/removing jobs. My recommendation is to create a dedicated project.
Please let us know if this helped!
Thanks,
Brahim

Hi Brahim,
Thanks for your reply. I checked the languages and they are fine. So is the workflow. I created a project just for this alignment. As a test I added all other target languages. The other languages are visible in Wordbee Translator, because they require translation. Since English was translated before in full, it seems those segments were not sent to the Wordbee Translator. However, I do need them there, because they need to be reviewed.
I’m looking forward to hearing from you.
Kind regards,

To the attention of the Wordbee Community members, I'd like to specify that the problem was eventually due to the structure of the source and target files provided by the client, which were so different that it was impossible to make any alignment work with them in an automated way.
