I cannot install Beebox. What can I do?

I tried to install Beebox (demo version), however an error occurred and I cannot solve it.

  Hello,

  First of all make sure that your PC or server satisfies the installation requirements:

  What was the error that you received? Please communicate the error to us, see also different check points:

  When something fails, the best means is to take a screenshot and look up the errors in the Windows event viewer:

  My suggestion is to: Re-try the installation and then send the error details to support or paste here (screenshot + event log error). Then we can tell how to resolve this.
