In the client portal we get the following error, when we want to upload more than 10 files:
Eventhough we set the limit on 30 files. Thereby we would like to be able to upload more than 30 files. Is this possible?

I just wanted to reply to this post, although it has been solved quite a while ago, as we continued the discussion offline.
Whenever you update the configuration in the 'New Order Form', make sure you (or your client) resets the form to have the latest version available.
In your case the settings were changed on the backed, but the form has not been reset. This was the reason it was not working correctly.
