How do I preview multiple target documents in a job?

Currently, I have to export all target documents in a job one by one by opening the individual file in the editor, selecting “Preview Target Document” from the “Preview” menu, clicking on “Download” and then selecting “Save” in the “Emter name of file to save to…” window.

For jobs with large numbers of files, this is laborious and slow, and there is no apparent way to batch download these files.

How do I export all target documents at once? I do not have access to a “Work and Delivery” tab as suggested by responses to searches on this topic, and the Jobs Page shows no option to batch export target files as suggested by the WordBee Release Notes 1/20/2026.
