Assigning a service

Trying to get a client cost, I set a cost, but the default appears, and I want to change it in Set Cost. When I click Change, Customize Prices... window appears. I change to the pricelist I want, and then it asks to assign a service. The default tasks are there, but there are no prices in the right side column drop down. So, when I click OK, it asks to assign a task. How does this work?!?

  Well, I just tried it again and it worked without problem.

  For illustration purposes, though, I've attached a screenshot. Before, when I tried to click the down arrow for Price, there was nothing to select. Now there are various prices for the pricelist selected, so it is fine. If it happens again, I'll let you know. My guess is "operator error" ;-)
