Notification of any abnormal operation
Hi,
Sometimes, it is extremely slow for a translator to load a TM or translate in the Editor, which usually turn out to be caused by technical problems.
As an admin of our platform, I hope to get an email notification when anything abnormal happens that may cause the slowness.
I'm aware that the support team are probably working on solving the problems by the time. But, our translators are often working under deadlines. If there is a notification, I'll be able to adjust and estimate the completion time and arrange other jobs better.

Yes, we need a notification system and an e-mail to the platform admin would be great!

This is a serious problem. We have to act when there are issues when as customers we should be proactively notified. Other TMS systems notify customers of issues, and Wordbee used to do it, too.

We experienced abnormal timeout on 5 March at around 15:00 CET. It took forever to load a page. At 15:10, the server was completely out-of-reach. Our users was unable to work.

A heads up of the coming deployment of bi-weekly release is also necessary and helpful for platform admins to know what is going on.
