    Hello Jessica,

     

    thanks for posting the question.

    Changing those rights will not "upgrade" external worker to become manager as manager has the right assign and unassign jobs freely while rights you have mentioned in your post refer only to user company.

    It means that once the job has been assigned to the user, user can reassign, unassign, reject etc. but only within the user company.

    Once, for example, the user will reject the job assigned to user company it will be no longer possible for the user to do anything with the job.
