How can a licensed translator access the editor outside a job assignment ?

  Not sure what you mean but it seems to me you are asking how user can access Wordbee outside assignment.

  It is possible by just accessing login page and logging with usual credentials.

  Can you remind me the login page for the CAT editor?

  Céline De Bruyn should be an inhouse translator, but I don't see that option.

  She should be able to use the CAT, even if she didn't get a job assignment.
