I'm guessing you don't want to see the formatting marks ? These are just indicative symbols we use to indicate line breaks. These can be deactivated by toggling this button right here :

Thank you for your answer. Unfortunately, I dont think this answers my needs. The soft returns took up about 50 lines! At the moment I just erased them. It is not very convenient not being able to word with the formatting marks visible. Why all these soft returns? They have nothing to do with the original text...

Sorry for misunderstanding your question. If you're seeing these line breaks like this, then they were most likely introduced by a translator during his work. If you think this is not the case and that this text was never typed by anyone (not even by accident), then please send us a support ticket with as much information as possible (job name, memories used, segment numbers...) so that we can try and investigate the source.

The translator adds that when she stopped working on 19.6, everything was OK in the editor. When she opened the Editor again on 20.6, these formatting signs had appeared...
