Drag and Drop -- Un-do change

The drag and drop button is now found by clicking Upload files, and is the second option. Drag and drop is the standard for uploading files. It therefore should not be under Select files to upload. Please return it to its independent state. It is a real waste of time to have to select and hold to get the main option.

  This adds more mouse time, but does not seem to help anything.

  In worst case, put Drag and drop as the default, so that when you click (instead of waiting for the page tto fully load), you get the more common upload method.
