Our dev team informed me that the rating history is not only saved for 3 months but indefinitely. If you go to your supplier page and open the statistics tab you can select a time frame you'd like to consider and see the statistics there. While 3 months is the default setting you can easily switch it by clicking on the selector.
However you are correct that the numbers in the BA column (which you can see in the supplier services tab or during vendor selection) only shows the ratings for the past 3 months. The reason for this is simply that project managers get an overview of the current performance of their suppliers.
Let's imagine you have used a supplier for a couple of years. Even several bad ratings over the course of some weeks will not significantly lower the translator's score. Equally it is difficult for translators that you developed to get out of their first bad ratings and would carry them with them forever.
This is why the decision was taken to show the average score for the past three months in the vendor selection so information on current bad or good performance are up-to-date.
With this new information, could you tell me how to enhance this behavior from your point of view and what you'd like to achieve with an enhancement?
