"Segment size limit" does not save the min and max data

Adding the Minimum and Maximum number of characters clicking on Add and Save, the data inserted are not saved.

I.e. the feature does not work.

  I am not able to reproduce your issue.

  Would you mind to reproduce it on your end having Console window (hit F12 in Chrome) opened?

  Once done, send us please a screenshot of what showed up in Console window, please.
