I would like to know how we can export files from Wordbee in order to carry out additional quality checks outside of the tool. I see that it is possible to export under some licences, but is it then possible to re-import an edited file back into Wordbee to then update the translated file and also the TM?

Wojciech Mocek Good morning Helen,
thanks for the question.
It is possible to export the content of the job into XLIFF or bilingual Word/Excel:
Not sure what kind of licenses do you mean.
It is true that to export the file into formats mentioned above you need to have appropriate access right turned on.
All the best
Wojciech

Daniel Hug The new editor actually offers really cool features for exporting, offline edits and re-importing. You can have the languages in columns, but then have comments in rows. With Word files, your offline editor can enable the "track changes" function in Word, so you can review the changes ahead of importing. Then, after importing, you can download a change log in Word format.
I find this change log an extremely useful feature when communicating with e.g. a web editor.
