User activity

Hi Support team,

 

I wanted to check out the usage of login and connected users from time to time. It's found that the number of unique users shown under Settings > Activity didn't reflect the real number.

 

As shown in the screenshot below, there were users login in the system at 4:30 CEST. But at that time, I confirmed with my team that I was the only one using the platform.

Please investigate. I could send you the screenshot of our login history by ticket if you need.
