Today we are experiencing a few issues with Wordbee, but the most urgent/problematic right now is that we can't either perform QA checks nor close Wordbee projects and this also includes finishing the status of the jobs. When we try to perform QA checks the app gets stuck and the same situation is happening when you try to finalise the translations. The result is that we can't move further since there is not other way to retrive the translations (we have them automated).
We have already submitted an urgent request, but we are not sure how soon this will be fixed.
Are you also experiencing these issues? Have you been able to retrieve the translations in other ways? Do we know what's going on?
