Hiding data in the editor

Hi,

Is it possible to hide data in the editor? Because of huge backlog and many 100% matches & repetitions, we decided we don't want to have that data revised. 

Leaving the data out of the translation file is (technically) not an option. 

The instruction to our translation agencies is: don't look at that data. But it would be much better to be able to hide it from them.

Is there any way to do so?

  Good morning Annemiek,

  hope you are fine.

  One option in your case I believe would be to lock the pretranslations, it is possible if you set word count profile correctly. 

  

  Segments will be still visible however.

  You can also filter all pretranslations in new editor like on a below screenshot:and change bookmark to blue for all filtered segments

  Then supplier then can filter out segments with no bookmark then leaving segments bookmarked with blue hidden.(while filtering it is important to keep an eye on a language in the filter
  )

  Good morning Wojciech,

   

  We found out that the above solution is actually only working for 100% matches and NOT for the repetitions in the file. For a translation job this is not the biggest issue (it's an instruction), but it's a problem for the revision and validation. 

   

  How can we solve this issue and mark/filter these internal repetitions?

  In case of repetitions it is indeed another story and there is indeed no solution for this right now.

  I encourage you however to submit a feature suggestion as it might be a feature for which other users will vote and it will get implemented one day.
