Turn off/on new editor box is missing.

Problem:

user's files are opened in old editor by default and there is no way to change it although user's appropriate access rights are set correctly

Solution:

user needs to log into her/his account and click on customise dashboard next to the gear icon (see screenshot)

and tick The new editor is available and click Ok.
