I'm writing to report an issue which might be a bug.
Under Customization > TM settings > Penalties,
the indications (in red) do not consistent with the value I choose in the blue bar. No matter what value I choose, "highest" is shown under the bar.
This issue also occurs in project memories leveraging settings.
This is a minor issue which doesn't seem to affect the value for penalty setting. Please investigate.

Could you let us know the browser with its exact version you are using in this case and if accessing the same view from the same browser on another machine brings the same effect?

This issue doesn't occur if I log in from Chrome on other machines.
I tried cache clean on my Chrome and the issue persisted. I guess that means, I need to reinstall Chrome to resolve the issue?

Honestly, I have no idea why your browser does show this the way you have presented it on the screenshots especially that same browser on other machines displays it properly.
Hence, yes, clean fresh install of Chrome on your machine would be the first step to see if it helps.

This issue persists after Chrome is reinstalled, it also occurs on Firefox. Actually I have other similar issues on my account but there is nothing major, so I'll leave them as they are.
