Import document failed

Hello,

The import function is not working. I´ve tried to import a previously exported document that has been modified by my copy editor and a message «The Operation Failed» appears (old editor).

If I switch to the new editor, nothing happens after clicking on «Import» (no detail report chart appears).

In order to check if the problem was the file I was trying to import, I´ve exported the file and tried to import it again. The same error happens.

I appreciate your feedback. Otherwise I don´t know how I will be able to finalise the documents.

  I´ve tried again later and it worked! Problem solved!
