Suppliers Not Showing Up After Creating a Job

    Dear Jónatas,

    There can be multiple reasons why this is happening. As you already checked the pricelist I think it will be one of the following two:

    1. In the selection you may have a filter applied (like searching for a name, Internal vs External translators etc.). If you still look for suppliers whose names start with "Jóna" you may not find users with different names.

    2. The supplier may not have a login. Suppliers that don't have a login will not show up in the selection as they're unable to perform jobs on the translation platform. If you create a login for the supplier this should resolve the issue.
