Suppliers Not Showing Up After Creating a Job
AnsweredI've created a new supplier, filled all the details correctly and the pricelist. The pricelist matches other existent suppliers.
When creating new jobs and clicking on "Choose supplier", this new supplier never appears. I've tried deleting the job and creating it again, as well as deleting the supplier and creating it again, but nothing seems to be helping.
I'm unsure of why this is happening, so any help is welcome.

There can be multiple reasons why this is happening. As you already checked the pricelist I think it will be one of the following two:
1. In the selection you may have a filter applied (like searching for a name, Internal vs External translators etc.). If you still look for suppliers whose names start with "Jóna" you may not find users with different names.2. The supplier may not have a login. Suppliers that don't have a login will not show up in the selection as they're unable to perform jobs on the translation platform. If you create a login for the supplier this should resolve the issue.
