Doesn't continue to the next translation segment

Hi,

When I hit "Alt + Down arrow" to go to the next translation segment, sometimes it doesn't properly go to the next one. I will start typing thinking it is in the next box and I start opening other windows, etc. This doesn't happen all the time. Maybe 1/5 times I go to the next segment. How can I stop this from happening? It is very annoying and slows me down.
