Custom report: Supplier groups automatically assigned to projects
Hi all,
is there a way to customize a report so you get the names of all supplier groups automatically assigned to the workflow tasks of Codyt projects? Or any other way to find out in which projects a supplier group appears? Talking about Codyt projects only.
Thank you!

Dear Maria,
Can you elaborate a bit more what your setup, goal and use case is? Are we talking about assignments for individual Codyt projects or workflow templates?Cheers,

Hi Maik,
thank you for coming back to me so quickly.
Sorry for not being clear. It's maybe important to mention that the way we use the Codyt projects in Wordbee is as sort of containers for orders with similar settings. Meaning that the projects are open for a long time, and the supplier groups we attach to the different workflow steps contain a fixed selection of suppliers. We don't use workflow templates on a regular basis, but we did use them in the past. Individual projects have priority in our use case though.
What we need to know is to which projects our supplier groups are attached so we consider this if making changes to the supplier group. Right now, by having over 1000 open projects, it's difficult for us to easily see it. If we change something in an existing supplier group it might be that we impact more projects than intended, but we will not immediately figure this out.
Does this answer the question or did I just created even more confusion? :)
Thank you!!!

Dear Maria,
No confusion here, this is a perfect description to find a good solution =)
I don't think we have any functionality that would help you in your matter. I will create a ticket for our developers so we can find out if there's anything we have or can do to give better visibility.I will keep you updated in this thread!

Dear Maria,
We just discussed this topic in our development meeting and also included your other request for further checks in our discussions. In order to take a holistic approach we will probably have to combine this request and see what can be done.
I will send a post in our colaboration space to discuss this topic further.
Cheers,
Maik
