How to maintain Master memories - which tools to use?

Hello,

I'd like to maintain my Master Memories. Delete doublettes automaticaly and other Segements manually.

Could this be done within Wordbee or should I export, consolidate and Import the Memory again?

Whis tools are the best for this?

  To delete duplicated segments, I'd manually export and import all segments and tick "do not merge but skip doubles" while importing.

  I can compare the number of segments now and then after export and import "do not merge but skip doubles".
