Track change revisions

My client sends me 2 large Word documents: the source in English, and a previous translation in French. I have to implement the changes in the FR document, in track change mode. Can WB do that? 

The reason I ask the question is that there is a 'revision' option in the drop-down menu for the project.

  Hello Grite,

  can you explain a bit more what do you expect here?

  Also, can you send a screenshot with this "revision" option in the drop-down menu since I am not sure what you mean.

  Hello Grite,

  I have been wondering about your case once again and if you have done the old translation in Wordbee you can do the following:

  1. Create a project with a new file for translation.

  2. Attach old translation project TM to this project.

  3. Mark the file for online translation making sure that your wordocount profile options will lock all 100% matches.

  4. Translate all not locked segments since they are new.

  5. Create final file.

  6. Compare it with the old translation using MS Word and track changes will be introduced.

  Note: if you have not done the old translation in Wordbee or somebody else did it then to produce a TM to be attached instead of project TM mentioned in point 2 you need to do alignment of an old translation file with an old source file.
