Disappearing segments & source text

Morning guys,
I have the same problem as Francoise in that segments disappear from the Editor once I've translated them. And they are not saved in the memory, so I've had cases where I've had to translate the same segment 4 times and it still hasn't worked. Sara Mendez has been looking at the problem for us and was interested in having the job number where we've been having the problem, so I've included the job ref. above.
In addition (a different problem), the source text is not always displayed in the Editor. I only noticed this because I was translated several letters that were very similar and noticed some text was missing. I then had to close the Editor and open it again, and the text was shown (job ref: "eGate Brief_Thoma").

I am glad to inform you that the disappearing segments problem has been solved.
We are still investigating the source text that is not displaying, I will let you know as soon as I have an update for you.

Can you give me your exact translation process step by step. Personnaly I cannot reproduce your problem. And can you give me more information on your personal configuration.
What is your browser (and its version) ?
Have you enable the auto-save ? (If yes, what is the delay ?)
Have you enable the auto-translate feature ?

Hi there, I click in the segment, translate it, leave it, then I scroll up and it sometimes disappears (not always), or I close the document and open it again and it sometimes disappears.
Browser: Internet Explorer 11.1358.14393.0
Auto-save: 10 sec
Auto-translate: yes
Auto-propagation: yes
The segment that disappears the most often in this job:
no. 17
And if you try to search for parts of this sentence in the concordance, nothing comes up, e.g. "Nehmen Sie sich 10 Minuten Zeit"

Another question, when a segment disappears, it was translated by you (or by a human) or it was translated by the system (from the translation memory) ?

It is random and in other jobs as well. But it occurred a lot with this segment. Other translators have also noticed that their work is not being saved in the memory (i.e. doesn't appear using concordance)

Dear Wordbee Team,
One of our translators has also mentioned disappearing segments before and today (3 August) it happened again.
In the segment information I could see that first the segment was translated and later on was empty again:

The Wordbee development team have working on this probleme during this last days. Normally the probleme this problem is now solved, and a new version will be deployed this afternoon on our servers.

At the moment none of our translators is working in the new editor. But I have not heard of disapearing segments last week.

Hi there,
Sorry, we're not working with Wordbee at the moment as many of the segments were not saved in the memory (I think you're investigating this problem as well - maybe it's been resolved?). I'll let you know when we start using the system again.
