    Unfortunatly, this problem isn't on Wordbee's website but it is rather on Microsoft's one. Do you still encounter this issue?

    Have you tried to download the reconstructed file and open it in the software Word / OpenOffice? (on your computer)

    Hi there,

    We don't really understand what you mean by "reconstructed file". The preview works sometimes in Chrome, sometimes in Explorer. Sometimes not at all. So I guess you can close the matter because it just seems to be a Browser issue.

    Good morning Dominique,

     

    Following your previous message, a reconstructed file is a file that has been generated with all your translations, all the source texts were replaced by translations.

     

    Using the preview feature, Wordbee is generating a new file containing all the translations at first, just like the Download feature, then, it will ask an external tool to render the file.

    The preview depends of the file type, using Microsoft Excel or Word, it will ask Microsoft to render the file online, Wordbee is only providing the URL to the preview.

     

    Since your issue occur on Microsoft's website, we cannot investigate this issue further.
