Markup Disaster

Hello Zendesk,

We recently completed a job within Wordbee. Wordbee generated tons of markup tags for a document.

Please see the attached files for more information.

We would like to know what happened, and how we can address this from happening in the future.

  Hi Richard,

  This Word file seems to be the result of an OCR. 
  You need to click on "Settings" > "Document format" > "MS Word" and create a new configuration for OCR documents. Just make sure to tick the box that refers to such files. (see Capture1).

  When "marking the file for online translation", you'll have to select the newly created configuration. (see Capture2)

  Finally, the mark-ups will be limited to the necessary ones (see Capture3)
